So helpful! I thought my paint had been discontinued. They went above and beyond to help find it and then they quickly mixed it up. They were super friendly and it was just an overall great experience. Much appreciated.

I have no complaints about the service from Kelly-​Moore after I was contacted by management, they not only addressed all of my concerns and made it right, they went beyond to make me happy. I will be a customer when I need more paint! That’s how you do customer service!

I will admit, I’ve been a fan of Kelly Moore paints since my first home in 1996. And have ONLY used Kelly Moore paints in any of the homes I’ve owned. The quality is just superb and most of all, they usually have staff that know their products well.
I already had high expectations of Kelly Moore and was definitely not disappointed. In fact, I got great advice and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I needed a very hard color match. I brought a flake of paint about 2 inches by 2 inches in and THEY NAILED IT. I painted an area of the wall about 1 foot by 1 foot with the color matched paint they gave me and no one can tell it was repainted, even after trying to see the difference.
I forget the names of who I dealt with, one girl and one guy. They were exceptional in customer service on the phone and in person.
Stores like this is what makes you want to support local.
