Annoyed and confused! I just wasted my entire lunch hour looking for this location because the last review said they«walked in»… I drove 15 minutes to the mall, checked every directory there and kept walking to «230» where it shows Metro PCS. There is clearly a Jewelry Store there. After 20 minutes I had to leave to make it back to work on time and didn’t even have long enough to make it to a drive-though. After angry texting my boyfriend, he called and was told by staff they have a kiosk, which matches an earlier review but the only one I saw just said«We fix broken phones» with a bunch of pictures of cracked phones on a display. Regardless, I will not be back. I just want to make sure no one else wastes their time. Call in advance and look for some sort of multi-tasking kiosk. I will find a real metro store to visit tomorrow.

Employees are more interested in eating and drinking rather than servicing customers. Food and drink are constantly on the counter tops and the kiosk is a mess.

I walked into this metro pcs location with low expectations, and boy was my mind blown(No Homo). Not only did the owner(whose hella cool) waive my fee’s dude gave me a damn *High Five* after I bought my BlackBerry from him. A freaking *High Five* I mean who gives *High Fives*. I never felt so great about buying a phone in my life, like I really feel it in my soul that I’ll never regret buy a metro phone.

metroPCS has a great new program. $ 40 for unlimited nationwide calling, texting, and more — INCLUDING sales taxes & government fees! So, I proselytized the wife until she agreed to change carriers and we headed off to the factory-owned outlet in West Valley Mall. The mall store is one of those cubicles in the middle of the walkway attended by a couple of clerks. In this instance, the outlet had a pretty good selection of cell phones and the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the charges and services associated with each plan. In ringing us up we were properly charged and our questions about roaming and purchase options were answered. On the bad side, when they set up our account, they failed to write down the access code that is needed in order to set up a voice mail box. They also neglected to provide the free earphone and microphone that comes bundled in one of the cell phones. We had to ask about phone holsters and auto chargers. Our sales person said, «Oh, yeah, we sell those. Um, don’t know if we have any in stock. Oh, yeah, here’s one. You get these accessories at half price if you get them when you buy your phone.» Geez! Good thing I thought to ask! Do patronize local businesses. If you choose to sign up with metroPCS, head for West Valley Mall. But, do your research first and be ready to ask a lot of questions.
