Came in and thought I was getting good service. Spent a lot of money and was promised MANY lifetime guarantees. Went back a couple days later with problems on my repair and they are GONE! So much for that guarantee!!! I called and have left messages but no response. Sad.

I took my iPhone 4s to be fixed because the camera wasn’t working and it kept over heating. I had to come in 5 times because the tech, Ahmad that supposedly fixed it never successfully fixed it. I kept getting the run around that this time it should be good now and blah, blah, blah. The last time I came in to bring in my phone I left it with Tech and he didn’t even look at it till I went up there. Each of the techs were covering for each other like they didn’t have anything to do with this. It took them 3 weeks to give me back my phone and my money since they couldn’t fix it. Long story short should of taken it to Apple in the first place. Horrible customer service!

I recently came in here and there was a gentleman working, Mohammad. I believe he’s the manager. He was of great help and had the best customer service! If I ever need anything I will definitely be back. If you guys need anything ask for Mohammad! Best service and he’s able to answer all your questions.

It’s just my luck that within a month of me getting a new phone I drop it during a Half Marathon and crack the screen. I lived with it for almost a year until I dropped it again making the crack even worse. That was the point I needed to replace it but wasn’t due for an upgrade for another 5 months, luckily I got an email from Verizon just days before saying that I was eligible for the ”Edge program” and Galaxy s6 Edge. The catch? I must return my fully working(meaning no broken screen) s4. That was my queue to search for someone to fix it for me and One Stop was the closest place to my home. I came in on a Wednesday when a Trainee was working who quotes $ 90 until the Manager came back and told me it was actually $ 70. I booked it in and was told it would be ready by 8pm that day or I could collect it the following morning. As it turned out I didn’t get in to collect it until gone 5pm the following day and was told it would be another 20 minutes only that 20 turned into 90 as they hadn’t even started work on it. Good thing I didn’t rush to collect it in the Morning because I would have been really annoyed. The guy working fixed it while I waited and then came to paying — $ 111 and some change. What the what? As it turned out I also had a referral from the Verizon store for $ 10 off but what on earth happened to the $ 70? They had no explanation and decided to make it an even $ 90. As having the screen repaired was due to save me anywhere between 70 and 200 bucks that Verizon would be charging for the broken phone I wasn’t going to argue but really they need to get their pricing straight. For this they get 2 stars.

Buyer Beware They have a strict return policy. Cannot return except same day as purchase. You can return in 7 days for same day store credit. I wait for one hour to talk to the manager Mohammed. He doesn’t call and won’t return the text from the young man at the counter. I bought a case(otter case) for iPhone 6 plus two days ago and it caused my glass glaze to crack and fail. My phone was fine, I brought the case back two days later and no refund allowed!!! Store credit only can be used same day as refund!!! They have nothing I need, no iPad 2 cases except black and I have all other accessories. No offer to extend store credit past today. They are a franchise and I will be calling corporate office tomorrow. To me this is just unacceptable. I’m stuck with a product I don’t need and no one in the physical store can do anything to help me. Bad business.

My galaxy s4 screen suddenly went black one morning and this was the only open cellular repair shop in Tracy so I dropped it off. Unfortunately my LCD screen had to be replaced but they gave me a good price. There were some issues after it was fixed so I brought it back and everyone at the store was extremely helpful, friendly, and felt bad that I had to bring it back in. I would recommend this place for your cell-phone repair. They have a lifetime warranty as well.

I have the 6.99/month insurance program on my iPhone 6. After going through some hectic phone calls for the company I finally got my screen fixed, since it was cracked before. The guy I talked to was named mike, he was some guy at corporate that handled my case and he was awesome! He apologized to me for taking so long as the big confusion and fixed everything up for me. He even dropped off my phone at my house! He was amazing and had great customer service skills! These are the types of people that all employers wish they could have!

I was in town visiting for the holiday weekend and had am issue with my phone. I went into this location and the staff was very friendly and informative. They were able to resolve my issue with my phone very quickly. While I was there I bought some accessories because they were reasonably priced and had a great selection.
