Theresa was very helpful when I signed up. She followed up via phone before I arrived, was not pushy and was funny to boot. She’s been at this location for 7 – 8 years apparently; seems like she’s seen everything. I’d recommend asking for her.

Not impressed. Stored my items here for 2 months while in between places. Never had a problem with the actual unit, but it seems every time I went to the office it was closed. It didn’t matter what time of day it was, once it was 11am the next was 3pm. It was very frustrating trying to get things done when they were never there. And no, they weren’t showing other units as the my unit was in the back and I looked for them. Additionally, I didn’t appreciate all the ‘hidden’ requirements. They sell you the idea online that the unit is one price and then once you get there the additional fees are added on, including required insurance, only can use the lock they sell you and on and on. It was really annoying. So glad to be done with this place.

My stuff was in there 3 months and when I went to get it out the bed and couch was full of bugs I believe they are what they call bed bugs! I told them and she said sorry and just handed me the pamphlet for the insurance your required to have. I have had a storage in Manteca for ten yrs never a problem! Especially with bugs! I’m in my new place terrified my place will be infested now!

I stuck my stuff in this facility’s locker, signed some paperwork and thought, «wow, that was easy.» I was temporarily moving and needed a place to stash my things for about a year. Well the girl signed me up, said«sign here, here, and here, and initial here, here, and here.» She did not make it clear to me that although the hours are posted as 6am to 9pm, if you are still on the premises after that time, YOU’LLBELOCKEDIN!!! I wen back a week ago to retrieve some belongings and that is precisely what happened to my sister and I. Once we were in, the rolling door thingie on the locker was busted so we struggled with that for awhile. By the time I was ready to leave it was about 9:10 pm. I didn’t think anything about it because they have a record of everyone who’s entered the gate and it should let me out. Wrong! We tried the 1 – 800 number posted and the operator actually told us to call 911!!! Hello, what the eff are they gonna do? Apparently the manager lives upstairs above the office(I saw the light on), so I gave the horn a little honk to let her know we needed out. She closed the goddamn window blinds on us as if to say, «I don’t care that you’re trapped, why don’t you just sleep here?» I walked over to the window and shouted up like effing Romeo to Juliet and told her it was an emergency. I mean we were really freaking out, almost in tears at the thought of being stuck in this nasty place. She said(no joke), «well, you needed to get by 9. But I GUESS I can let you out this time.» !!! WTF !!! After all that I wanted to spit nails, and when I got home, found a notice that my rent was going up like 10 bucks a month. I sure hope the extra cash is going toward customer service classes! Do not rent from these people… don’t know about the company as a whole, but this one SUCKS! I’m getting my stuff out ASAP.
