Shoe repair cost are slightly above average, finished repairs are acceptable but not exceptional (rubber heel replacements isn’t «shaved» down for smoothness in appearance), and the obese cashier is need of customer service skills (when picking up your shoes, she throws them on the counter and says «there you go», absent any «Thank You» or any inquiry for level of your satisfaction. Perhaps such attitude can be forthcoming since it is required that a customer must pay prior to work being done.
Survey’s will NOT get another penny from me.

Super service. Brought in my western boots that I work in for new heels. They were ready on time and repaired professionally. I will bring my favorite gray boots for re-​heeling in the next day or two… I wish they were closer… I recommend these folks for all your shoe repair needs.

Awesome service!
I brought a pair of women’s heels in for a repair — they were missing the heel pad/​tip both shoes. I dropped them off on a Saturday and they said they would be available on Thursday. I picked them up on the following Monday because I was out of town. They opened early on Monday as I was there at 9:45 and they are already open. They look great and they only charged $ 10 total.

Good quality items. I’ve been here more than a few times and am always happy with the owner who helped me numerous times with different things.
Hubby and I went here this week and found exactly what he needed for work.
FYI — great selection of Uggs!

I went in twice within the last month for repairs. Once for a purse and once for a belt because they advertise that they fixed all types of leather items. Both times the man at the counter quickly said he couldn’t fix the item. Nope. Can’t help you. Period. The belt just needed a screw. Most people would offer a suggestion, an alternative, offer to order the screw. Not a bit of help. Never got a smile on either visit, nor a thank for coming in. Not going back.

Great place to get shoes repaired! Fast, inexpensive, professional.
I had three boots that needed heel repair. They did excellent work and I plan to go back to them for all of my shoe needs.

Sarvey’s Shoes did a great job on repairing my boots. Both the heels of my Steve Madden leather boots were completely worn off, and I took them to get repaired and now they look brand new! It only took a couple of days, and they charged a reasonable price. Very nice employees, I highly recommend getting your shoes repaired here!

Some companies are the epitome of customer service. Sarvey’s is one of them. My experience stretches back to the late 60’s when Sarvey’s was located on Edes Ave in Oakland. They must have done business with everyone in Brookfield Village! And everyone speaks well of them. Whether it was putting taps on shoes or resoling holey ones, Sarvey’s could do it. So imagine my surprise one day as I was driving down Grant Line and saw the sign. I had to drive around the block so I could ask the question, were they the same Sarveys from Oakland.
To the Sarvey family, Brookfield still appreciates you!

I usually never give out a 5 but we like this place. The service is great, selection is good and they will do just about anything with leather. Need a patch sewed on a jacket or vest? They will do it. Need shoes? Sarveys either has them or can get them. Prices are better than the malls.

I bought the perfect pair of shoes for me wedding on-​line from Nordy’s. But they pinched my toes horribly. And they had no in-​between sizes. I was desperate… THESE SHOES TOOK MONTHS TO FIND! So I decided to get them stretched.
When I took them to Nordy’s to have them stretched, they didn’t stretch more than a millimeter or two.
I took them to Sarvey’s and a miracle was wrought.
My shoes were not only stretched, but comfy! I danced for hours and hours. The shoes weren’t scuffed, there were no stretch marks, and the price was more than reasonable.
I love all of my shoes. And I’m bringing them here for any kind of repair needed.
I think my stilettos are getting dull…
