Seriously Clean Company

We had this company referred to us. Both me and a friend of mine both hired them at the same time. The ladies were an hour late for the first cleaning, but they said that they got lost… so we gave them the benefit of the doubt.
4 very polite ladies showed up, worked hard, and did a good job.
The second time they were late again, but one of them broke my shower head. When I called Janet, she quickly denied that they had broken anything. I had this shower head for 3 years, then it broke when they failed to unscrew it to clean it, they forced the arm and stripped it.
At the same time, the crew scratched the stainless steel stove at my friend’s house. Again, Janet denied the claims. When I was about to fire her, she offered to pay for the damages. Money was not the issue, it was a stubborn owner that could not provide good customer service. I declined her offer.
We both terminated their services. and I have found a more careful and honest husband & wife team.

I had a last minute request for a moving cleaning service and Janet at Seriously Clean was able to squeeze me in, which I was very grateful for. The 3 ladies that came to clean my house were very friendly and worked around me and my 3 year old daughter. They worked to a very high standard and the whole house sparkled! I highly recommend!
