Sew Many Quilts

Very helpful staff and a tremendous selection of fabrics and notions. I’m a beginning quilter and took my first class here in March. It was a wonderful and successful experience. Can’t wait for my second class in 2 weeks.

This small store is one of the nicest quilt shops around. I have gone in off and on for a number of years, have never made a ‘huge’ purchase or even been a real consistent customer… that being said, I am always greeted like a friend, helped with what ever I am shopping for at the time, given plenty of ‘space’ to browse. My questions are answered, I am led to whatever it is I am after that particular day, shown the latest ‘finds’.
This store is a true gem as far as I am concerned.

I am not going to lie… I don’t know crap about quilting or crafting. I am basing this 5 star rating off of one experience completely unrelated to quilting. My grandma loves quilting, she is almost 85 years old and suffers from dementia. She was visiting a couple of months back and wanted to go to a quilt store. So I took her here. My grandma is very forgetful and gets highly agitated when she forgets what she is doing or where she is and can be pretty unpleasant to people.
I was extremly appreciative of the 2 ladies and gentleman who were working the day we went in. I also had my 2 young daughters with me. So I was watching them, as well as trying to ensure my grandma didn’t wander out the door of the store. She was getting kind of snippy and irritable toward the employees. However they stayed very positive and kind toward her. And were very helpful. They answered all of her questions… sometimes multiple times and never once seemed irritated.
As we were leaving I thanked them very much. They have very nice people working there.

Do Not Shop There! I brough my sister to this shop and she saw a picture she liked on the wall and took a picture of it with her phone to show our other sister back east, a heavy set woman with short redish hair shouted you can’t take pictures here and yelled how many did you take, My sister got up and told me she will wait outside, I asked the woman do you have a sign saying No pictures, she said very rudely” I don’t have to have to have a sign I own this shop” .Very Rude I would not recommend this shop to anyone!
Also the selection is very bad, do not have up to date fabric and the shop owner is a sour old lady.
