The service is always lovely here. I have been here about 3 times in the 5 months I’ve lived here. The Vietnamese coffee is my favorite and their boba drinks are good, too. Oh, and they have good pastries. Pricing is certainly reasonable. Cute corner spot downtown.

I absolutely love this small town coffee shop! It is owned by the two sweetest Christian people ever! The wife makes all the delicious pastries herself! Although you do have to wait some time for your order, this is my go to place. Don’t get me wrong, baristas is great across the street, but I like to support multiple small businesses in town so I alternate where I go everyday! My favorite thing to get here is the blended latte with whipped cream and a berry oatmeal! The pumpkin muffin is to die for also!

This is a nice and quiet coffee shop where you can enjoy your beverage and just read for some time. I’m more partial to teas, and the teas they make here are really good. Also, customer service here is good. The woman working here is so sweet!

Great place for drinks, very quiet and spacious. Drinks are delicious, I had the Honeydew Boba Milk drink which is my favorite, it’s not too sweet which is how I like it. They have a variety of coffee drinks, pastries and sandwiches. Met the owners who are very welcoming and friendly. I always stop here when I get a chance.

Deffently the best coffee shop in tracy! I always stop here before going to work and get my bagel with cream cheese and turkey! I’m definitely a «regular» here. The owners are so nice and I’m always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. The place is always so clean and decorated. Prices are great also! Deffently that«small town coffee shop» feel. I personally am not sure what the hype is about the coffee shop baristas… iv been there a couple times and it’s always so crowded and the blended Fraps I got were not that great. Being new to tracy and being to most coffee shops this one is the best!!! Love it

This is a nice place to get coffee and tea. However that is not the only thing they sell, they have smoothies and other types of drinks. I believe the owners are an old Asian couple, they look so sweet. The inside is nice, it actually roomy in there! It doesn’t look like it would be that big from the outside. It has some back in day touches but it’s a cool area to hang out for sure. They sell a variety of things. Me, my husband and son came in for donuts. Wasn’t anything special, just regular donuts. They even have a kids little table so that can be convenient for parents with kids. I’ll be going back.

I come here all the time. They’re very polite, try their Avocado Boba! Their prices on what I would call«To Go» lunches are cheap and yummy. I chill here in peace with their free wifi(you have to ask for password) they have lots of space and cheap little ice cream section too! I love them, I’m glad they’re here, I don’t like the big popular coffee shops

I have ordered the mango smoothie with boba twice. It tastes off and overly sweet. Plus some of the boba was still hard. So I tried the chia boba, it was okay but the same problem arised again. The boba was still hard. But its quiet and its not that crowded so it was the best place to just sit and relax for a bit.

Horrible customer service. The woman and man working behind the counter were incredibly rude. I stopped in to get some change(the bank was closed). I politely asked if I could get some change and the man exclaimed«NO! Cash is for customers only. So are you going to buy something?» I said sure, and asked for a water and handed him my bill. He accuses me over and over of handing him a fake bill examining it over and over again. He even asked the man waiting in line behind me if he thought it was fake. This went on for a good 5 minutes as he repeatedly looked at the bill and continued to mark it over and over again with those counterfeit detecter pens. Seriously? The man behind me even said something to him. I should have went to Barista’s where they actually have excellent customer service. Roasted Bean, you should probably take note from them on how to treat customers.

I could elaborate but life is too short… Asked for a large coconut milk tea… I only got coconut milk with a lot of ice. Unfortunately it was also extremely sweet. The customer service isn’t bad rather the experience. Been there a couple of times before putting a review. It takes too long to get your drink… I’ve only ever seen the two owners there. Maybe get some other employees? Place is nice enough but I wouldn’t come back again… and I work a few feet away in downtown Tracy. How sad :(

I need to go like once per week to down town and wait for my husband to pick me up. Usually I wait for him here. I eat a bagel or pound cake and I drink a iced coffee or a bubba tea… I like this place, the people there is so nice and it is never pack… I like the milky way iced coffee.

I used to love this place till I found out that they water down the coffee to make it last longer. When I tried to tell them that it tasted off they said it was me. I continued to give this place a chance but after having coffee with a burnt taste i was done. The coffe grinds tasted as if they were burnt to a crisp and i was drinking soot.

Ah the farmers market… a true sign of the hot weather to come. Never been to the Roasted Bean, but decided it might be good to give it a try. This is much more than a coffee place, they also sell Thai teas and smoothies, a nice substitute to a person like myself who doesn’t like coffee. Being the farmers market is in town, you think you would staff accordingly, but they didn’t. It appeared there were only two people working, so the output of drinks was slow. We ordered 2 Thai teas and a mango tea, which seem to be quick to prepare items. After 20 minutes of waiting, and seeing other people who ordered after us get their drinks, we walk to the front to ask about our drinks, and the gentlemen behind the counter still hadn’t turned in our order. Apparently if you’re not a regular you don’t get priority. 3 minutes later our drinks are done. The drinks themselves were good, but honestly not worth the wait. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

First of all, it’s really hot in there. There’s horrible customer service. The woman did not even acknowledge me for a while. There was a fly around all the pastries. Also, the bubble latte is disgusting. If you want better coffee just go to Barista’s across the street.

I give them a 4 on their coffee, but a 2 on customer service. For some reason, the lady working there can be kinda rude, and she always gets my order WRONG. For example, I order a white mocha with soy milk over ice. She asks me if I want whipped cream and I say no. What does she give me? White mocha with reg milk, blended, WITH whipped cream. I’m usually not that snobby kind of coffee drinker who wants all this fancy smancy stuff, but come on. She asked ME if I wanted whipped cream and I said no. And what do I get? Whipped cream. Btw, I was the only one in the coffee shop at that time so it’s not like they were super busy. And this has happened to me twice! The only reason I keep coming here is that it’s quiet Not many ppl come to this place like they do Baristas and I can see why. If you want to study, go here. If you want the right order, go Baristas.

Pretty decent coffee from Panache. I had the orange blossom mocha frapp and it was a good substitute from the no longer available orange mocha chip frappaccino from Starbucks, made famous from Derek Zoolander.

Neat little coffee shop in downtown Tracy. A quick stop for me to get my coffee fix! The order: A Milky Way Espresso Frapuccino. The service was slow and there was a weird smell all around, it ddn’t smell like coffee it smelled like old eggs and socks! While it took forever to get my drink, it was totally worth the wait — super creamy, cold and delish! I will be back to try their other coffee flavors!

I have been going to this shop for years now… I love the variety of drinks, and the prices are cheaper than most of the competitions. I do have to say though that my coffee this morning didn’t seem as strong as in the past… perhaps a new barista? However they have been a staple of downtown Tracy for ever now and I would hate to see them go out of business… especially since at one point they had three shops open, and now there is only one. Hang in there RB we support ya!

This is a great little coffee shop. Decent prices and excellent service. When I have to go to Tracy I always stop in here and get my coffee fix. It’s better than Starbucks, and I’ve drank a lot of Starbucks. I wish they had one in Stockton.
