Circumstances had me part with my previous hair person of 5 years. Cecilia was recommended to me by my girlfriend, and she has done an amazing job from the first cut! Highly recommended!

I have been with Elisa for about 3 years now and she is amazing. I have very delicate hair, and am SUUUUUUPER particular about who touches it… She is so good at her craft, with the added bonus of being an incredible person. She is really special, and genuinely takes an interest in her clients’ needs and lives. I never leave without my hair looking awesome and my spirits lifted.

Love this salon! Everyone who works here is very accommodating and friendly. It’s also always very clean which is a big deal to me.

I have to share my amazing experience with Adrianna! She has been my Esthetician for over 5 years! I have a monthly appointment with her and every month she provides the most relaxing and amazing facial treatments. There have been times when she has relaxed me so much that I fall asleep in the middle of our sessions. She has been taking care of my skin even when I was going through my chemo treatments for breast cancer and was always very careful to make sure the products she used did not react with my meds. I have been going to see Kristi S for about 6 years now. She always works her magic on my hair, and I can show her a picture of what I was thinking to do or I can just tell her to do her thing, and it always comes out amazing!!! I’ve been coming to Versailles for a few months now. I get massages with Uriel about every three weeks. Loving coming, especially after a long weekend of the snow. He pays attention to the places and need help with the most and after gives me tips of what I should do to relieve any tension that I may build up until the next appointment.
Got a mani pedi by Christine La today and love that she’s attentive to my needs and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my services. She texted me the night before to ask if I needed anything special during my appointment. I was running late but when I got here she greeted me at the door and got ready to work on my manicure. After she already had my pedicure water set gave me one of the best I’ve had.
Love that the everyone here is so personable.

I recently moved to this area. Went to a few places and sadly let down. Then I discovered Versalles hands down the most beautiful, clean Salon! Elisa Naverette is my girl!!! She’s amazing with hair and truly listens to you No joke, she hears you. I love this girl for fixing my hair and putting a smile on my face. Not to mention so much to talk with. All the girls in this shop are friendly and you can tell they all get along. The customers I’ve seen leave this salon are beautiful and happy happy happy! Thank you Elisa see you soon!

I’ve been going to Elisa since Septmember 2014! The first time I scheduled an appointment with her, I needed a touch up on my super blonde hair. I was worried at first, because I wasn’t sure if the blonde I had would match with what she was mixing, since I went to a different salon before going to her. After the process and drying, I instantly fell in love with her work, because she matched the blonde that I had to perfection! Ever since then, I always scheduled a touch up with her every 6 – 8 weeks. She gets my hair perfect every time. She also has such a bubbly and fun personality. We can talk forever about anything while she does my hair.
Around Winter 2015, I decided I wanted to go darker with my hair, I wasn’t sure what I wanted and I asked for her advice and recommendation. She recommended that I try the technique called, «Ecaille», which is kinda similar to «Balayage», and is the latest trend in Hollywood. I looked it up and she was right! lol She also suggested I do semi permanent as oppose to permanent, in case I changed my mind and wanted to go blonde again. She said it would be a better transition and it wouldn’t fry my hair. I decided to go ahead and do that.
I loved how my darker hair turned out. At my recent visit with her, I went with the same color in the «Ecaille» technique; again, I loved it! I have an appointment with her in a few weeks and sent her a photo of what I wanted to do next, which is to go a little bit lighter, but not as blonde as I was before. She says it would be do-​able. So I can’t wait until our next appointment to see the results!
I highly recommend Elisa, because she knows what she’s doing and makes sure your hair stays healthy, despite all the color that’s put into it. I moved to another city that’s about 70 miles away from Tracy recently, but I don’t trust anyone else with my hair, so I don’t mind driving out there to see her. :)

This is such an awesome salon! Always professional and Joni the owner is a treasure. I have gone to Sandra Raimondi for 20 years and she is truly the best colorist and stylist. I just love my time there. Oh! And get a brow wax! You won’t be sorry!!!

Cecilia Kerr is amazing!!! She definitely knows what she is doing and is up to date on all the latest styles & trends! One reason I really liked her was because of what a great listener she was and really took the time to understand what I wanted which is hard to find! And she’s such a sweet heart and made me feel so comfortable! I’m so incredibly happy with how my hair turned out! I’ve been trying to get my hair lighter for years and never could and Cecilia made it happen in one sitting! Cecilia kerr was my stylist and I loved the way my hair came out. She did an amazing job!!! I went to her with brassy hair and a 3 inch out growth that looked aweful and she was able to give me color/​highlights/​cut that I got so many compliments for. Cecilia Kerr is amazing! I brought in an inspiration picture of what I wanted and she NAILED it! She listened to me and told me exactly what her plan was before we got started :) She knows that I’m a busy mom with low maintenance needs (who hadn’t colored or cut my hair in 5 years), and I really wanted to keep as much length as possible. Without condemnation or constant recommendations to cut it short, I left with perfect balayage highlights and a trim– exactly what I wanted.
Go to Cecilia for knowledge of current trends and someone who takes into account who you are and your individual needs. She takes a professional approach to building personal relationships, which is what everyone looks for in their stylist.

If you’re looking for someone who is great with color and cutting go see Vanessa! She took my drab-​looking brown-​no shape hair to amazing baby lights and layers I’ll be able to style on my own later on!

She did my highlighting first time in the spa, wasn’t quite right so she fixed it and it was perfect just the way I like it the color is great the cut is great she did an excellent job and I will be coming back.

Went in for a touch up and brought my eldest daughter along. She got a shampoo, blow dry, and flat iron. Her hair looks sooo silky smooth! Thank you once again Elisa!

Terrible place. I’ve got my hair done here 3 times and each time, they always mess it up. Let alone, they OVERPRICE the hair like crazy! $ 130 for a TRIM without tip? There aren’t very many places in Tracy to get your hair done, however, if you’re going to pay an arm and a leg, you’re better off going to Livermore/​Pleasanton area to get haircut you’re actually going to be pleased with. Oh btw,
They also cancel appointments without your consent. I would have never have found out that my hair appointment for a WEDDING was cancelled if the bride didn’t call to make an appointment for her maiden of honor– it was then when they told her that they had cancelled every appointment (hair, make up, spa, nails, facial for 3 women) I then called and asked to speak with the owner, I was REJECTED and told that I «can never get a hold of/​speak with the owner». Whomever I was speaking to was profoundly rude! Probably refusing service because of my ethnicity… DISCRIMINATION. I have not once experienced discrimination in my life. But this was the utmost worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel bad for whomever has to deal with this highly unprofessional and rude salon.
