The team they have is awesome. If the issue was in house, they’d schedule someone right away. If it was something that could be done remotely, they took care of it same day. and Patient. May I stress Patient!!! These are the kind of people you want on your team. They always explained the tech jargin in a way that I could understand, and that I could relay to my boss. They aren’t snobby tech pricks that make you feel stupid. Whatever the issue, they kept me in the loop so I was always informed. There were times when I had called after business hours too, that scenario is never ideal for anyone, but really they made us feel like we were their only client.
