There is always a problem ordering from this Dominos location. I am willing to look the other way if a mistake happens however consistent disappointment from something as simple as ordering pizza is frustrating. The people are nice enough to however my delivery is always 45 – 60 minutes long and comes cold. When it is on time, toppings are missing and/​or the order is wrong. Very frustrating!

My wife and I ordered pizza here last night, it was $ 18 for two pizzas, which would have been fine, had they actually been cooked. I guess next time we’ll go to redners and spend the money to get digiorno, at least if I put them in the oven I know they’ll be fully cooked.

Reading, PA
First time I have ordered pizza after moving to Collegeville and decided to use the iPhone App. The app itself was easy to use and I was able to track my order. The estimated time was 30 – 45 mins.
2 hours later… the pizza never came. No phone calls, no nothing, it never arrived.
I have used the app back in the Reading area and it worked like a charm. Something must be wrong at the Trappe location. I won’t risk it again and will order elsewhere.

Picked up some pizza for the kids and I couldn’t believe someone left this crew in charge! They had music blasting that I couldn’t hear myself think! The service was terrible. Pizza was kind of salty.

When I am so stoned that I can barely see three inches in front of me, this is what I get for the munchies. The fog of dat dank ass kush helps to obscure the taste of the tears, broken dreams and regrets of the people who prepare it. I have never had this pizza sober, but when I’m on the moon, it is perfectly serviceable.

Kinda rude and slow but hey pizza is pizza and when i’m hungry i’m still gonna use them because they are close and easy. I just wish when I call or order i have a better experience, oh well.

After reading the reviews I decided to go here anyway because I love that white sauce you can get on your pizza and I love their deep dish.
My order was ready in about 20 – 25 mins. Stopped in to pick up my food. The manager and staff were cheerful and friendly. Checked my pizza at the counter with the encouraging manager present to make sure it was prepared as ordered. I was satisfied and my pizza was tasty. No complaints here.
Loses a star because although they are only five miles from my home, they will not deliver to my location, which is a bummer because I am used to large delivery radiuses in my home town.

The last couple time I’ve order from here has been the worse ever! It was a Thursday night at 10pm I order one pepperoni pizza and wings with a soda. Nothing extreme right? It took them 45 mins to prep then another hour to get to me. Called the store twice told me he would be here any minute after he got here, he didn’t have my stuff in a hot box just in hand in the middle of winter… Boxes we’re crushed, and no sauces. we checked before he even left. Told him there wasn’t any sauces in the boxes. He said to us you didn’t order any. Wings come with blue cheese. We also ordered 2 marinaras, 2 garlic sauces, and nothing. When we opened the crushed boxes the pizza looked old, an it was cold and hard. We had to heat it up again. We called the store told them what had happen all they said is we can give u a 10 $ credit. Yeah thanks.
