We have been having an issue with a bat colony in our attic. We have had various companie come out to provide a quote but none have been as courteous and professional as Dane T. He arrived right on time and was the first person to make me feel like this issue was a correctable one. He answered all my questions, provided a quote on the spot and told me to take my time to review and decide. Given the service he has provided today I am even considering changing over my year round pest control plan to this company.

We are in the process of selling our home and noticed that there were birds trying to nest in our siding area around the roof. We called Patriot Pest, and they gave us a low high ballpark quote of what it would cost before coming. Dane was very professional and knowledgeable and described in detail what he would be doing. He found the entry point, sprayed pyrithrine for any possible bird mites and fixed the soffit area. We were also told it was guaranteed for 30 days if the birds somehow found their way back in the soffit area. We would most definately recommend to anyone for this type of issue. I have been having a pretty bad ant problem around my home this summer, and after many failed attempts to do it myself, I decided to call the professionals. I first called one of the «big guys» but they just couldn’t seem to get the job done. (That’s a whole other story altogether) I then turned to James and Patriot pest solutions on the recommendation from a co worker who had used their services in their home. James came out, identified my problem and made those pesky ants disappear, which made my wife really happy cause she hates bugs. I would definitely recommend Patriot Pest Solutions, they are knowledgeable, professional, and provided me with great customer service.
