Went to this Walmart picked up some marshmallow had to get a price check it took 45 minutes for the dumb girl named Star to go in the back to get a price check then she bought the marshmallows back with the same price I asked her to give me the ones that were 1:37 or $ 0.96 she said she would come back I looked for her another two or three minutes and she was clocking out this Walmart is really really raggedy they don’t have good customer service skills and she was a customer service person behind the desk go figure I’ve contacted or emailed Walmart I doubt I’ll ever get any response but don’t waste your money in this Walmart I will go to the one on white horse road before I go to this one this is ridiculous and this is the second or third time this is happened you can only find one good customer service representatives in the store and her name is Brittany and you better go there on the day that she’s working otherwise you’re in trouble this Walmart is not good also you can never find a manager in the store when you do that condescending and act like they don’t understand what you’re saying call Walmart not really bi-lo’s is around the corner Ingles is down the street so we do have other options people stay out of Walmart customer service is poor they take your money and then don’t care about you as a person I don’t want to spend my money where I’m not cared about so I can always take it to another store all of this for one bag of marshmallows imagine if it was something big

I am writing this from inside Walmart where I have called to have an employee come help me at the fabric department. No one still it has been almost 30 minutes. The laziest slackers in the world manage and work here. They don’t have enough staff and the ones they do have are not getting a job anywhere else. If I was not in a total bind and 45 minutes from the closest fabric store I would have bailed. I will NEVER come to this store again. It is unlikely that will matter but it will diminish my utter disappointment in the human race and USA workforce. ** update I found that Debbie, possible manager, was very nice, pleasant, and was kind enough to cut the fabric in customer service so I could leave. Thanks Debbie! The experience was still bad but at least I got fabric
