The clothing has good selection, especially for plus sizes. But horrible sales people. They barely greet when entering and disappear immediately. Five young girls with seemingly no love of customer service(not trained) were working and not one of them came to aid me in getting things off high displays and I had to hunt them to get a dressing room and to get things down from racks, the poles for getting things were placed throughout the store almost like they expected the customer to use them. Once in the dressing room not one of them came to ask if I needed a different size. When I stacked all my unwanted items in front of the dressing room no one put them on the re-stock cart, a worker kicked them back in the room. After I moved them to the waiting bench to use the room again they started complaining that I should put them on the return to stock rack. I am sorry but I am not putting everything back on hangers when I am trying on a lot of clothes with no help. They also could not initially suggest what size would fit me from the stores selection or what items would look good for my body type or what I could make into outfits to fit my needs(they did not even have the courtesy to CONSIDER what my needs were). Each time I came out of the fitting room the five girls were behind the checkout counter in a huddle chatting. If Deb wants to be a Mall store with other higher end stores and not in the discount strip mall then they need to teach there sales staff how to service the customer. When I shop a clothing store in a mall I expect the workers to HELP me, ask if I need a different size or color, bring a few selections back to the fitting room if I am not having luck with my initial choices and treat me like a valued person not a hindrance. If I wanted self serve and to dig through racks upon racks and run back and forth out of the fitting rooms I would go to a thrift shop.
