I blame myself for choosing Discount Glass. I was trying to save a few bucks. It took three months for them to come out to measure my windows after I first called them. That should have been my red flag. Then, when they were installing the glass, they broke one of my good windows! And the owner «generously» offered to split the cost with me (for something his employee broke!) I could have taken him to small claims but it was already winter and I needed my window (I initially called them June, didn’t have my windows until the end of November). When he finally installed the window to replace the one he broke, he also charged me for labor, too!!! Do NOT use Discount Glass.
