Manny knows his cheese! Knows his bries from his blues … Prices are well marked, sampling before I buy is important … I even bought some cognac bellavitano … Don’t ask the price but once you try it you’ll need to buy it! One of my favorite shops in TC!

Address is 1132 E 8th. Hard to find but worth it. 3rd store back on east side of non-descript building. Many unusual cheeses that i had never heard of. Few, if any, of the usual suspects. Tasted several and bought two. Manny is passionate about cheeses and very knowledgable. Great find in this foodie city.

I just had the carmelized onion cheddar. Wow. This place has some amazing cheese. This is the next evolution of epicurean delights in TC. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.
