Yoga for Health Education is located in the beautiful old State Hospital. Libby and Michael are both wonderful and patient individuals who steer you into the right class for your level. If you sign up for the session classes are around $ 12 each. Drop in are around $ 15.
I am currently taking the Beginning Yoga class with Michael and he explains things well and tailors to your level. There is no competition and pure relaxation!
