My opinion changed with the desk clerks.
Adam got all my questions answered promptly within an hour. He also came up to the rm to personally apologize for the inconvenience in my getting answers to the hot tub chemicals. Adam is a GEM, we will return again Only if this guy stays with this condo hotel!
I over heard him checking other guests, so polite, such a nice tone in his voice, everything about this guy says How may I make your Stay amazing! Kudos Wolfgang Adam is a keeper. Seriously I had a medical issue cause from defective hot tub running and dumping too much chemicals into it. Adam was on top of it.
The other clerk never showed she cared I was injured, that my ring was ruined, my brand new swim suit destroyed, and my face burnt from touching it w/​my hands while in tub I required 2 steroid rx s.
