AG Property Services does not pay the subcontractors they hire. Avoid this company! The owner, Adam Grewe, hired our electrical company, S&L Electrical Services LLC, to do electrical repairs on two separate jobs. The work was done professionally and on time in 2014. We still have not been paid in full. We have tried to contact him through mail and phone to collect. He no longer returns our phone calls or responds to letters. Do not work for or hire this company!

1 star ONLY because I HAVE to! Sooo HATE to do this, especially to a locally owned, small business. Not even sure where to start?! What a HORRIBLE experience! What started out as a ONE day bathroom repair turned into MONTHS! I DO realize things happen, but I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessional people! When we realized the job was going to take longer, I requested they send different workers, because of the bad language used by their employees & because the 2 men fought the entire time they were here, & I didn’t want to subject my wife & 3 YOUNG children to that any longer. Of course my request was NOT honored & one of the guys was sent back out SEVERAL times?! I guess it really doesn’t matter what the home owners want? When they FINALLY «SAID» the job was finished, & my family’s patience had been tested to the MAX, I paid the remainder of what I owed & was GLAD it was over, or so I thought?! 2 days later, when my children were bathing, in the newly installed bathtub, all I could hear was literally a waterfall in the downstairs area of my home. I ran down the stairs & found my furnace, hot water heater, & AC unit being flooded, because simple gaskets were left out of the plumbing & if that were not enough, portions of the drywall, on the ceiling in my family room was caving in! AGPS finally came out & accessed the situation after numerous calls. WAIT! Don’t think for one moment this is over! After they fixed the plumbing situation, I was taking a shower & looked up & there was a HUGE pocket of water around my shower stem! When I touched it water came POURING out of my wall, because it wasn’t properly installed! I then called AGPS AGAIN, & was so upset, that Adam, the owner said I will be out today, which I thought was a good PR move. These were my exact words to Adam & I quote: «I am not asking for anything that I didn’t pay for, just PLEASE fix this & I PROMISE, I’ll give you a good review, but if not, I’ll do quite the opposite!» He assured me it would be taken care of & that was SEVERAL months ago & it’s still NOT finished & I have heard nothing from them. I have BEGGED, BEGGED & BEGGED & I REFUSE to beg any farther! The drywall was left unsanded & there was NO offer of compensation. I guess I’m stuck with buying the paint & finishing the job myself??? In fact if they called & offered now I would absolutely refuse! Also, no one from AGPS ever checked my furnace, hot water heater, or AC unit for damage. No matter how bad this review sounds, it was much WORSE than even described!
Lessons learned:
1.) ALWAYS check reviews & references.
2.) NEVER go with a bid, because it’s the lowest.
3.) ALWAYS wait a couple days to pay, because when they get your money, «THAT’S IT!!!»
