Academic Edge is (perhaps) the only «teacher-​store» in my area. It has all of the standard goods, like: posters, books, bulletin-​board borders, student prizes, chalk… you know…
For a small, local shop, Academic Edge does have a fairly comprehensive inventory — plus, the staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable.
The main drawback to this shop, and all other teacher-​stores that I’ve ever been to, is the pricing! I mean, really…(If you’re a teacher, you must know what I’m talking about…).
If I REALLY need a specific school-​related item, I’ll go to Academic Edge, but if I simply need some chalk, or looseleaf paper, I’m more than likely to go to Staples or Target.
