my car engine is destroyed!!! asked for a engine flush and oil change, RAN CAR WITH FLUSH AND OIL, engine knocking so loud, said not their fault, sorry, asked for insurance number, or owner’s number, the manager refused when I asked repeated for 10 days now I suggest people not go there, very unprofessional, unapproachable manager, who is suppose to be the leadership and perception of Auto Valet Express Lube. Please be careful!!! if you decide to leave your car in their care, you and in for a rude awaking, and don’t care Attitude
