I went into the Bed, Bath & Beyond at the Mercer Mall mid-August with three things on my list. Not a single one was in stock. For the blender, the salesman offered to have it shipped to me. However, instead of shipping the one I was looking for, he sent the model he had warned me was frequently returned because it is not dishwasher safe. I returned it immediately with clear instructions on the return slip to exchange it for the one I had been trying to buy. After a week with no blender and no email giving me the order status, I called customer service. The woman I spoke with said that they had probably just ignored or thrown away the return form! She sounded as if this was their standard operating procedure. After I expressed continued incredulity, she offered to find out the status of my exchange and call me back. That was two weeks ago. I wasted time driving out there, dealt with an incompetent salesman and return processors and and unreliable customer service agent who clearly did not care about helping me or retaining me as a customer. I will now do what I should have done to begin with: shop at Ace Hardware and Housewares in the Princeton Shopping Center. They have a broad selection and excellent staff. I don’t care what coupons I get from B, B & B, it just isn’t worth the hassle and aggravation of shopping there.

Standard B, B&B. I feel they in general feel crowded and this one is no different, although it is always clean and organized. Parking here is a real pain, not enough spots for all the businesses in the complex. Remember they accept coupons no matter their expiration date!
