I live in NY and work in Princeton. My car battery died last night and it would not take a charge from another car using jumper cables despite two separate attempts. I called Bob’s at approx 8:30 pm and after letting the phone ring for some time Bob answered the phone from his house(i.e., the shop was closed). I explained my problem and he offered some advice. If all else failed he asked me to call the next morning and he would come out to replace the battery. Well, he remembered me when I called the next morning and he arrived within 15 mins w/a new battery and swapped the batteries in less than 10 mins. It turned out that I didn’t have enough cash on me to pay him at that moment and he was more than happy to allow me to swing by his shop on my way home to settle the bill. This kind of customer service is a rare commodity in any industry nowadays. My experience w/Bob’s Auto Service was an exceptional one and I will not hesitate to call on him again.

Had a couple of services and repairs done here but found the owner and son to be not-too detail oriented. And that scares me when it comes to my car, especially with teen drivers in the family.
