Get your service elsewhere. Save your money and your time. I would give them 0 stars if the option existed. Horrible company.

Years ago, after reading the negative review of Comcast in Consumer Reports I should have taken note. But, I figured that I was so clever that I could live with them as long as I went the extra mile never to need customer service. I was wrong. I was not clever enough and the deplorable customer service has caught up with me. The culprit is their«signature support» which should more accurately be called«theft from customers». I had an internet issue in mid Feb. I called. I signed up. When I got put through to the«24÷7» support people I got cut off. So I fixed the problem myself. Customer support has lied to me by telling me to call back during office hours, the’ve lied to me by telling me that there would be no charge because I was never put through, and they point blank refuse to refund the enrollment fee of $ 39 even though I was cut off and have never spoken to anyone. My next step is a letter to their offices and if that doesn’t work, then I’ll take them to small claims court. Avoid Comcrap if possible and avoid the signature support(aka theft from cutomers) at all costs.
