I try to get all of my turkey products here. When we threw Thanksgiving in our house a couple of years ago, we reserved our turkey here and have been coming back ever since. The Italian sausage is tremendously good. It’s far superior to any of the big brand turkey sausages that might be available at your supermarket, and I even prefer it to the Whole Foods Italian turkey sausage. It also turned out to be a good spot to find those seasonally hard to get items like turkey necks and backs when I needed to make my turkey stock for the holidays.
The only drawback? When they provide me with an organic option, I’ll kick it up to 5 stars. Their information states that they provide only natural birds and give them only natural feed, but that word is kind of meaningless nowdays. Give me organic, and I’ll love them forever.
