Typical DD selection and service but it’s adorable in there! Cozy booths and seating.

This place has the worst customer service of any Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever frequented. The managers and employees there are incredibly rude. One lady, on multiple occasions, has messed up the order and then been very indignant about correcting it. I’m finally Unilocaling because it’s happened again but will be the last time. Most recently, we asked for well-toasted bagels. I watched the bagels get prepared. They weren’t toasted at all. When we were given the order my wife went to look in the bag and the preparer looked right at her, held on to the bag and said«well-toasted». That was a deliberate lie. Needless to say the bagels were never in any toaster. My fault for not getting our money back right then. I have observed employees eating while prepping food, reusing dropped-to-floor cups and donut boxes, and even tried to serve an order that was incorrectly given to another patron after that person left the premises only to return upon discovering it was wrong. It’s not acceptable to try to reserve any returned food. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

This place was completely rennovated about 6 months ago. They did an awesome job and it’s definitely one of the nicest D&D’s in the area. The donuts are good and the coffee is ok(not strong enough for me). My only issue is some of the the sandwiches are extremely greasy. But I’ve found the food at most D&D’s to have that problem. The staff is always super friendly. The parking lot kind of sucks.

This is hands down the worst D&D INTHEHISTORYOFDUNKINDONUTS! The manager is insanely rude and gave me attitude when he messed up my order and the coffee is always burnt and gross. Stay away. DUNKIN Donuts should revoke their franchising from this place!

Have not had a good experience in there the last couple of times; so will only go when I absolutely need to for work. Did new owners take over? Where do they find their help? Suggest sending a few for some serious customer service attitude adjustment. and I don’t mumble, you shouldn’t either..

Everytime I have spent money in this place, I regret it. Every single person i have dealt with has an attitude. The most recent time I went in there… I ordered a tropicana coolatta. She said ‘tropicana or coolatta?’ I thought, maybe she thinks I said orange juice? I said ‘yes, the coolatta”. she returned to me with a coffee coolatta and I said ‘oh, no, I was asking for a tropicana coolatta” in a polite way. she said ‘thats why I asked you what you wanted,” ROLLEDHEREYESATME and then began making a TROPICANACOOLATTA which i asked for and, in what ever language they are speaking, said something to a man I can only assume is an owner, they both looked at me with an incredibly rude look and then turned away. They are rude. Everytime. And they rush you. Never a smile, never a ‘hello, may i help you?’…just a look like ‘what?’. Unfortunately, I am in the area a lot for work and it is the only DD close by. I’ll sacrifice convenience and will never go in there again.

quick service, free parking and my friend got her cold latte fix. They sell other drinks than Dunkin Donuts(water, soda, chocolate milk, Vitamin water, sports drinks). So, if you don’t want coffee-related drinks, you can stop by this place, pick up a beverage and a donut(since you are at a donuts place, ya’know). Had the apple crumb donut — sweet, it was similar to eating an apple pie in a donut with the buttery nut crunchies.
