I generally like this salon and I LOVE my stylist. I was appalled when I called for an appointment during normal business hours only to be greeted by a pre-​recorded message, instructing me to leave my message but NOT to cancel appointments using this line. I only have 1 number for this salon. I’d be out of luck if I were trying to cancel. I was also instructed to call back if I thought they were taking too long to return my call. I think this is a completely ideal way to alienate customers!
My suggestion: add a couple of phone lines and put someone in charge of ANSWERING THE PHONES. Seriously.

This review is for Carmie, my hairstylist because I haven’t been to anyone else here – she does a great cut and she goes out of her way to accommodate me. She did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair for her first communion and came in early to do it. There is a gal there who does a great blow-​out, I have only had it done once but my hair looked beautiful afterwards. I always feel like a princess when here. And it’s a nice-​looking salon inside as well. Very happy with my experience here.
