This store has been a hunting and fishing staple in the area as long as I can remember (at least 40 years). The old location has been demolished, but the new one is just behind it in a newer strip mall type building. It is just as jam packed with merchandise as I remember.
With great prices and the large selection of items, locals need not patronize chain stores, and can spend their sporting dollars here. They boast a very good shoe/​boot department, as well as a nice array of winter and fall clothing. At Christmas the store adds even more items and claims to have the largest range of stocking stuffers in the area (it may be true) Look for 20% off coupons in local newspapers during this time period. 4.25 not necessarily army or navy Unilocal

I bought camping and hunting gear here and heard the owner bragging about he was screwing people over. I’ll never buy gear at this place again purely based on my interaction with this guy. Not nice. He doesn’t deserve the business.

Not like it use to be say 5 – 7 years back, must be the economy or lack of hunting land in NJ due to over development and Strict gun law.

Love this place. Harry’s Rocks. From finding that old WWII gas mask to the newer Persian Gulf style one.
MRE’s, knifes, tents, boots, new and old. Harry’s has it all. From the old smelly used one that still has a second life waiting for use again or the new never used new smell one.
