I work in the marketplace and have grown to like Mcdonalds coffee. What I don’t understand is how my coffee is messed up 99% of the time! All I ask for is a large hot coffee with milk. How hard is it to pour milk in the coffee instead of cream, ive even asked before pulling away if theres milk, NOTCREAM in it and the employee has said they put milk in it. By the time Id get to work, the coffees cooled down and im able to drink it, i discover theres cream in it. Please educate your staff on how to read & follow instructions. Had this problem all last year, complained, nothing changed so i stopped coming and decided to try again today and same sh*t! Unbelievable… Id give 0 stars if it were possible.

I have frequented this McDonald’s often. I have always been satisfied with my experiences. However this time I was very disappointed. I used the drive thru this time and ordered a Filet o Fish meal. I was told that fresh fries had to be made and if I minded waiting 5 minutes. This was fine as fresh fries sounded great. The girl was very pleasant and apologized for the wait. However on my way home when I opened the Filet o Fish it was old and stale. I had to throw it out. The fries were fresh.

Nicely run McDonalds. Believe this is owned by the same manager of the one in Bordentown, NJ. Well kept and clean. Just off the main road in a shopping complex which is a little bit of a detractor.
