I would go mainly for a spa ambience and nail experience! I needed a really great place for my pedicure after a long time and the special with scented oil, leg and foot mask, and massage with hot stone. Along with a manicure was $ 56 with cash. I think it was fairly reasonable! I would say that I wasn’t blown away by their friendliness– I don’t think my tech said anything to me the entire time except to ask me which service off the menu of scents I would like. But then again, I also don’t like when nail techs talk the whole time like at other places, but a happy medium would have been good. Also, my mani didn’t last the week– at some places it does — maybe it’s the extra heat our nails go through this summer. I will return though!

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this salon, its so beautiful and relaxing! I was going here for years before I decided to venture elsewhere. My gel manicures started to lift and peel before my 2 weeks was up and the quality of their pedicures isn’t wonderful. I think if they did a better job with pedicures and massaged your legs longer than a minute, then I would be coming back regularly. They do have an incredible selection of gel colors!

I like this place a lot! its super clean and the staff is always friendly. as soon as i walk in they always ask if they can get me something to drink and of corse i say COFFEE! lol the girl always comes right back with my coffee and milk and sugar and asks me how much of each and makes it right in front of me! I think the mani bar is super cute and cozy and i love how the pedi area is dim and quite. i also love how they have a little separation between pedi chairs so that if someone is next to you its not uncomfortable ! they only thing i would say is actually agreeing with the other girl who wrote. the leg/foot message during the pedi is so short and seemed to be a rush. this is usually my fav part of everything so its kinds sad… but besides that i love it and will keep coming!!!

I love getting mani/pedis here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and zen like. I love the warm neck wraps, the offer of something hot or cold to drink, the extremely comfortable chairs in the pedicure area, the low lighting and no sound on the TV’s. Truly a relaxing atmosphere. The pedicures always last way longer than anywhere else I have ever gone. I’ve always just walked in and have never had to wait more than 10 – 15 minutes to be taken care of. I love their menu of special pedicures with different oils and aromas that are so totally relaxing.

While Nail Dimensions has a beautiful salon, I will not be returning. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating but my gel manicures never last more than a week! For a gel mani and a pedi it was a $ 60 service. I have paid $ 40 elsewhere in Hamilton for gel manis to last over 2 weeks. Even though I enjoy the staff and the atmosphere, I refuse to pay their inflated prices for a less than average product. If they are able to fix these issues I would gladly return.

I stopped coming here for a while but recently came back. I really like the atmosphere here, it is very calming and relaxing – but you do pay a little extra for it. The gel manis last a long time – over 2 weeks and sometimes 3 so to me that’s worth it. I have never had to make an appointment but even as a walk in I never wait longer than 10 – 15 minutes for them to take care of me. Nice pedicure area too and everything is clean. And there is an almost unlimited selection of gel colors.

This is not my first choice of nail salons in the area. The plus is that they are open on Sundays(which a lot of nail salons are not). Their manicure/pedicure prices a few dollars higher than others in the area. I would not mind paying a few more dollars for a really good mani/pedi but overall they’re just okay. I have gotten a design on my toe which I really liked. Their mani bar is nice when you go with a girlfriend. you can sit and gossip without screaming across the salon and having everyone listen to your conversation. I also had my lip waxed here once and only once. I was burned by the wax and had a mark on my face for about a week. I haven’t been back since.

I was a customer of Nail Dimensions for years up until very recently. Reasons: They hiked up their acrylic refill price from $ 18 to $ 22 because they are using a «different powder»; they no longer allow you to request a specific nail person; they don’t seem to accept walk-ins anymore; and they only have someone that does acrylic refills three days a week! This is a NAILSALON, and they only have ONE person that does acrylic refills three days a week??! In addition, the girl at the front desk has a horrible attitude. This place is mismanaged like no other. I went to Best Spa & Nails yesterday based on great reviews and I’m glad that I did. It’s a great replacement to Nail Dimensions. I was told by the girl that did my nails, that they have been getting a lot of Nail Dimensions clients. Doesn’t surprise me one bit!

LOVELOVELOVE this place. Been going to ND for years– they do a quality job without all the chit chat– a very clean relaxing spa like atmosphere where you can truly relax and count on quality work. Have done regular mani, gel mani, and pedicures(spa and regular) and they do a quality job with them all. Discount for mani-pedi combo. Overall a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for– my gel manicure is going on week three now. Have had hundreds of mani’s pedi’s over the years here and never had a bad experience. They are consistent and do a top rate job. I saw some negative posts on other sites while looking for the hours that don’t sound like my experience at all so I thought I’d share. Summer 2013– still pleased as can be with Nail Dimensions quality and customer service. Appointments preferred but they do accept walk ins. Still VERY clean and they genuinely make a relaxing spa atmosphere for their customers. Just recently, I treated my mom to a mani/pedi and she smudged her toe. I brought her right back in and they fixed it(no charge and with a smile. LOVE their new reward program so you can scan in without having to give and spell your name. Highly recommend.

When I started coming to this nail salon about 6 months ago, I came only as a one time thing since I had a place I regularly went. But Nail Dimension won me over with their attentive and friendly service, attention to detail and wide selection of colors. I now come every two weeks for a gel manicure and every three to four weeks for a pedicure. In all the times I have come, I have never had anyone be rude to me, as the other review claims. I have also never had someone who didn’t speak English or who didn’t know exactly what they were doing. I am always greeted and asked if I would like anything to drink, and get very good manicures and pedicures. My only complaint is that the massage given during the pedicures is short and not that great. Overall though, I would and have recommended this place to anyone who will listen.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Dirty — place needs a good scrub. Inexperienced staff. RUDE, unprofessional management. I will never go there again.
