Office Depot

Came in for some simple copies daughter needed for school. Went to ‘do it yourself” printer. I’ve used it before but couldn’t remember the correct way to place paper on scanner. Kali behind printer counter had no customers, so I asked if she could help me. She said «just push how many and start». I said I know that much, can you show me the correct way to place the papers? Well now she was rude about it and said I’ll do it and took the papers to another printer behind the counter. She asked if I wanted color or not and I said yes, for the ones with photos on them. She did tell me those are .64 each. Now my husband comes up to the counter. She says $ 22.00 and change. I said are you sure that’s right, I only needed 27 copies total and most weren’t in color? She starts counting them out loud very rude tone and even my husband gives me a side glance because of her attitude. Oh! I guess I miss counted she says. new total $ 15.00 and change. I know she purposely was overcharging me the first time and very rude too. Glad she doesn’t work for my business with an attitude like that! FYI: I’m doing the survey on the receipt as well Kali.
