Picerno’s is disguised as a BP gas station right across Broad Street from the Sunny Brae Shopping Center in Yardville, NJ. It is a semi-regular waystation near my office, offering fair prices for fuel for the combustion engine. Can’t speak to their mechanical work, or the orderliness of their shop, as it seems a bit disheveled and in need of some TLC. I don’t have to eat there. Only my car does.

We just recently moved the area and loved that this gas station is so close, charges the same for cash and credit and the attendants are always so nice and quick. With that said, my husband had a not so great experience this morning while putting air in my tire. He pulled up to the tank, and took the hose(that was hanging on the ground) and started to fill my tire. He then was met by a gas attend with a very stern look and was told that he better put that back the proper way. My husband explained to him that was the way he found the hose, but I believe because of how my husband was dressed he was not treated very well. Even if it was my husband that put the hose on incorrectly, you could have told him in a nice way. I’m not saying I’ll never go there again, it is a place to get gas. however it was just surprising to be treated so poorly by such a nice person
