Gas attendant named Synear Rogers has something wrong in his head. He let his buddies cut my boyfriend off at the gas pumps then just walked away and refused to help us when we started to try and say something. This was at night so he was the only gas attendant and only four pumps were open. When we were trying to get service, he (unprovoked) started trying to antagonize my boyfriend to follow him off camera while pulling off his vest to "fight him". Finally someone else arrived for their shift and gave us gas. I went in the next day to tell the manager and I escalated to the DM "Flip" who guaranteed me he was going to "check the cameras himself and handle it accordingly". Surprise, surprise, Synear was still there the next time my bf went back and refused to give him gas AGAIN. I've worked in the customer service industry for years and don't understand how a company could place someone like that in a customer service position. Never returning to that location since not even corporate cares apparently.
