I visit tis sub location few times a month. every time i get great service. Good people, great service.

I drove 10 miles out of the way for lunch to redeem a coupon from the Entertainment book — for THIS SITE ONLY — not a generic Subway coupon. I did so because it was a «buy 1 get 1» coupon for ANY six inch sub — not their «regular» which does not mean «small» jargon — and when I got there I was told the small print covered «regular only» but it was not there. The woman, likely an owner, could not have been more rude and dismissive. NEVER go to this subway — there are SO MANY OTHER good choices nearby in Hamilton — Classic Subs, Poor Boy, Little King and more. Hamilton is an oasis of good sub shops — this is like the warning sign of how not to run a shop. Bad customer service, dishonest advertising, rude management that doesn’t understand their own coupons.

Update: This Subway is now under new management, but I haven’t tried it yet.
6÷20÷13: Nice staff, but clueless. I had to tell them 5 times that I wanted pepperoni in my chopped salad. Mixed in the dressing while wearing gloves, then grabbed a handful of the shredded cheese with those same gloves. If you have any allergies, stay away. I will not be coming back here again.

Tiny store, not very clean, will not accept «Free Sub» coupons — they «do not participate in that coupon». Tried talking me into using $ 1.99 sub coupon instead. After I refused, attempted to keep my «Free Sub» coupon without giving me any food! Plenty of other Subways in the area, will not return.
