After searching for NEVERFROZEN&WILDCAUGHT fish for dinner Christmas eve, I ended up at the Lobster Dock. I saw a tray of flounder fillets. Knowing they are Wild Caught, I asked if they were ever frozen. Got a definite No. So I bought 2 ½ lbs. Dusted the filets with seasoned flour, sauté ‘d, and ended up with FUCKINGMUSH. The filets were dipped in Sodium Triphosphate. A chemical used on the boats to increase the moisture by up to 30%. Be warned to ask if any fish you are going to buy have been dipped in SODIUMTRIPHOSPHATE. At $ 8.00 a pound, I think I would avoid this place. But maybe enough complaints will stop this kind of rip off.

I ordered 4 dozen crabs for Christmas eve. When I picked them up there was a lot of confusion. I found out later that they shorted me a dozen crabs. I was too far away to go back. The crabs we got were very big and tasty.

Am I the only one that caught an eye to this seafood store? It is a small seafood market than an eatery but they can cook the fresh seafood you order. Don’t expect to eat them inside because everything is to go(it’s pretty fishy smelly inside.) And there is no other way you can get the seafood cook, but to fried. So if you don’t want to buy seafood in the supermarket and one want seafood to buy, this store carries the specialty.
