Friendly customer service at the store. However, everything went downhill from there. It has been an annoying and tedious process finding out when someone will be at our unit to hook up our internet. We went into the store 12⁄29 and was told it usually takes 1 – 3 days to get the internet started unless someone needs to come out and hook up the line then it could take up to 2 weeks. Three days go by and still no internet. We assume now that someone needs to come out so we call them to see when we can expect someone. They let us know someone is scheduled to come out the beginning of the following week. Which is fine but Monday rolls around and we call them again and was reassured someone should be out today(Monday) if not Tuesday morning. Nothing happens Monday. I call Tuesday morning to check and was told none of the technicians are in and they will have them call me when someone is in. Waited serval hours and did not receive a call. Called in again after noon only to be told the customer service department is out for lunch and to call back at 1:15…So far we’ve been given the run around and very little helpful information. Reconsider getting your internet here unless you want to wait around for an unknown amount of time while still paying for a service you can’t use. We would have appreciated a follow up call or some sort of update instead, they just left us hanging.
