I’ve ordered from here a few times when working in the area. The lady is always friendly, there’s always people eating here and it’s very clean. The food has been really fresh and tasty when I’ve ordered.

This is my go-​to Chinese restaurant in the valley! I’ve gotten takeout– and it’s always fast. The girl who works the counter is really friendly and the wait is short. Delivery was so fast as well. The food is great– it’s even better the next day! It’s also a great price. This is definitely my comfort food central. I will be a customer as long as I live in the area!

One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is always great quality. The sauce for the General Tso chicken and shrimp is amazing with slight fruity overtones, I could drink it. Their beef is always tender. The garlic sauce dishes have delicious vegetables, all of Their mixed vegetables dishes are delicious. Their beef and mixed vegetables have a nice brown sauce. All of Their sauces are fantastic. Their low mein is one of the best the noodles have great texture and a fresh flavor. The same goes for the udon too. The eggrolls have a nice crispy crust and perfectly seasoned filling. The people are friendly. Also my family DOES NOT feel sick after eating their, even if we have too much. You can tell they use good quality ingredients. My family eats here all the time. It’s perfect.

What a difference a real chef makes. This guy seriously knows how to cook. Might just appear to be your average Chinese joint, but the difference is love. Run by just a husband and wife it’s very impressive to imagine how hard they work to keep their food so good. Hidden gem… go for the real Chinese food here, and try the crispy orange chicken instead of general tsos

This is hands down the best Chinese takeout in the Lehigh Valley. It’s delicious. Everything is great from the General Tso’S to the chicken and broccoli. The Peking duck is great as well. Evergreen even offers and authentic Chinese menu which is given by request. The prices are great. You really should go here. This is beyond fantastic Chinese takeout.

This was our first order and it was very disappointing. Rice was hard and tasteless. Combo platter was ¾ rice and very little chicken. Brocolli was crisp but scant. Chicken was chewy. Roast pork Lo Mein had very little dried up pork and way too much filler (celery). Sorry, but we will not order from them again.

Just tried this place for the first time and was very impressed. We sampled a little of everything: general tso’s chicken, egg rolls, dumplings, sweet & sour chicken, beef & broccoli and the pork lo mein. Everything tasted fresh and had wonderful flavor. Our delivery was so quick that we actually had to wait for the food to cool off a bit before diving in. A complimentary side of Chinese donuts rounded off the meal. Will be looking forward to sampling more things soon!

The food is fresh and the people are nice. It is family run and so the speed in which you get your food isn’t very fast on a busy night but it is reassuring to know that where I am getting my food is from a clean facility. Pick up is best on busy night.
They are very accommodating when you need to change anything on the menu (like the sauce type or the spiciness of a dish) and their price is very reasonable. My favorite has always been their beef with scallions; I think that is one of their best dishes they serve. If you are trying something new, give that dish a try. It has the right amount of kick to spice and the flavor is amazing (I can’t describe it well but give it a try).
I would recommend this place to other (and I have).

Family run business with delicious fresh food that is not too oily and not too heavy with sauce! The wife runs the register while the husband cooks. Occasionally, when they are short staffed or their kids aren’t home from college, the husband also is the delivery guy (don’t know
how exactly they juggle that).
I don’t think they are particularly fast, but it’s worth waiting for. I’ve been to a ton of Chinese restaurants and I live in Philadelphia, so I have access to tons of restaurants, but whenever I’m visiting my parents, Evergreen is always great trip out.
The wife is very friendly and if you are Chinese and it is not busy, she will talk your ear off!

AMAZING! Best place in Lehigh Valley!
It’s a family that runs the place, they’re all very welcoming.
My husband and I go here weekly.
It’s always fresh and clean there. Not to oily, and they have no problem customizing a dish for us. Food is always fast, and delivery is fast as well.
They have hot tea for free right in their café.
Everything from their spring roll to lemon chicken is Amazing!

Not too shabby — sometimes I pick up lunch here. Food is pretty good and the lunch specials are very reasonably priced.
Service is really fast, lady behind the counter was all smiles… that always gets big points with me. I don’t mind tipping for take out if they’re really nice!
Their curry chicken is dee-​lish and I heart their egg rolls. YUM.
FYI — $ 10 minimum on credit card, so if you’re going to order lunch and pay with a card, you may want to get one of your coworkers to order too. :)

Food is fresh. Lot’s of the good stuff. ie shrimp etc. The service is fast. When I have a need for a quick chinese meal. This is the place I like to go.
