For a company claiming ‘dignified’ in their name their employee Jaye sure seems to act the opposite. It has been nearly a year from the date my stepfather has passed away and my mother is still waiting on details as to his funeral as a veteran in Arlington cemetery. She has called numerous times, sent faxes, and still no response.
I hope you think twice before entrusting your loved one into their care, if this is what their customer service is like I can only imagine what care they take behind closed doors.
