After having had a visit today from this company to perform service on my 60″ Panasonic plasma TV, I am more than surprised by the negative comments and reviews here. My experience with Terry, the owner and technician, couldn’t be more the opposite of what others have described. While it’s too soon to say whether or not the issue with my TV is completely gone, I have no concerns about Terry’s ability to address them if any were to arise. He was not only prompt, professional and courteous, it was a pleasure chatting with him! Thank you, Terry. It’s nice to see hardworking business owners doing good work and valuing their customers!
