I have been coming to the laundromat here for over a year. In that time I have seen it seriously go downhill. It started out very nice with apparently brand new equipment and a super clean space.
Now, it seems like half the machines are out of order at any given time. The floors are unswept and lint piles up in the corners.
The last time I was here, four people (Owners? Staff?) came in, emptied the change drops in all the machines and left. No clean-​up (seriously necessary that day), no acknowledgement of the customers, no restocking of the vending machines, just empty the money and go.
If it wasn’t still the nicer of the two laundromats in Trinidad, I would totally stop coming here.
