Love this little place. It’s a quaint little two story farm house just off the main road shaded by trees and surrounded by a picket fence. The bottom floor is devoted to the shopping area and the upper floor I believe the owners live. The owners go «picking“during the week, and then repurpose and reinvent things and place them on the shop floors for resale at very reasonable prices. Love coming here each week to see what’s new!

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Trinity, NC
I had been told by several friends and family members to check out this cute little shop in Trinity. Over the last few years, I have watched this house be transformed back to it’s former glory on the outside. People had raved about this place to me for months. I finally got the opportunity to stop in while they had their fall/halloween items displayed. Spade and Broom is a historic home in Trinity. Half of the downstairs of the home serves as a furniture/antique/unique items shop. The owners live in the house as well. I cannot begin to explain how beautifully and thoughtfully the shop is decorated. It’s decorated with items that you can purchase. It’s evident that the owners of Spade and Broom are totally masters of their craft. They are amazing carpenters, and beautifully creative in how they reinvent and give new life to items most people view as garbage or old and/or outdated. The house is right next to Braxton Craven school in Trinity. It’s more convenient to park in the gravel lot of the school and walk to the house. I would totally pay the people who own this business to decorate my entire home. I love what they are doing and I will continue to be a customer at this creative, warm, and welcoming local business.
