I used to love this place because it was right around the corner from the house and they always did me right. However, after my last experience with a defective product I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ok, there is one negative review and it needs to be removed. This place is awesome and every time i visit the staff is great. They are always willing to help and very informative. I have been going to DFW Vapor for 3 years but i believe im going to start going here. I have never been to a vapor shop where the employees take such good care of their customers! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Visited the store at this location for the 1^st time yesterday. I was immediately greeted and asked the reason for my visit. I explained that I had previously been a customer at another location about a year ago but because that former local was over an hour’s drive away I had stopped going there.
I advised that my husband and I were looking for better equipment than what we currently have. The employee suggested I return when I could with my husband and he would go through all our options, show us how to use everything and ensure they products suites is well. He further advised that if after purchasing product if I had difficulties that we could return for further assistance. The level of customer service was excellent and product knowledge abundant. This store offers many options to suit the needs of all different kinds of customers in varying price ranges also. I highly recommend this store. The quality of the liquids is great and they have many varieties as well. Of all vapor stores this one by far is the best!

Thankful I found this place! I was taken care of from the moment I walked in. Brad took excellent care of me and was very patient and knowledgeable! I look forward to my next visit!!!

I live less than two blocks away from here but I take the time to drive to the Artisan Vapor store in Keller (previously London Vapor). Normally I’m all for supporting businesses in Trophy Club but I’ve been treated rudely every single time I’ve stepped foot in this place. My sister was here from out of town and stopped in here… she said ‘either that guy really hates his job or maybe it’s just people in general’…
