Gath’s Pest Patrol

It was a delight to work with Pat on our rodent problem. He is very personable and funny.
We bought an older rental property which apparently came with free tenants. Some dead and some alive. Needless to say, the tenants partied too hard and had black rice pellets in all nooks and carnies. Pat came to rescue, on time and ready to execute. He inspected the property thoroughly and found entry and exit points around the house and sealed them tight. He was nice enough to clean up all the dead bodies from the basement which were probably there for a decade and setup a bunch of traps for the live ones. As a bonus he also found a possum carcass under one of the extensions that was probably rotting there for a decade. Possum also got a ride with all the smaller cousins.
Overall we are very satisfied with Gath’s service. Easy scheduling, great pricing and flawless work.

Patrick was a delightful font of useful (to me, the new homeowner) information. While he was initially out to determine if I needed any rodent killing, he took the time to educate me on several likely important points about homeownership that I would have otherwise overlooked, like closing exterior vents needs to happen soon. Information that will save me future money, potential damage to my home and frustrations. How awesome is that?
He also thoroughly informed me as to the status of my homes structure — pier posts soundly placed, vapor barrier all intact and sealed to the appropriate standards, which was a source of great assurance as Im new to this game and full of apprehension. After an hour of his time, a nice chat, and a detailed inspection of the interior, crawl space and exterior of my home, he declared it sound, that any rodent activity was long gone, they couldn’t get in again, and charged not a penny for his time or trip out to St. Johns.
I would highly recommend Gath’s to anyone, especially those who aren’t as experienced with home management, and I will be using them myself personally, as well as in the capacity of my employment, for all rodent and pest control needs in the future.

Patrick and Becky were personable and professional! When they arrived, my son (9 energetic years old) greeted them with a surprise jump out of our parked car. Patrick was immediately playful with him and professional in greeting me and getting the job done. Patrick had an immediate connection with my boy, and promised him some well deserved ‘surprises’. We had to exit the house so they could spray. Later that night my boy got into bed and found a ‘surprise’! Patrick had planted 6 plastic cockroaches in his bed and around his room. Immediately my boy asked when Patrick can come back and babysit him! The ‘surprise’ cockroaches continue to be used as fun around the house. Bonus, we have no other bugs! I would recommend this pest company to all friends or family!
