Did not have a great experience at this store. We were just browsing around the mall and went into the Hanes store I did find some very cute panties and was going to purchase them until I was standing in line waiting to be checked and over heard the sales clerk start complaining about another bra store in the mall to the lady checking out in front of me and it was very obvious she was getting irritated with the sales clerk. IRONICALLY, the panties I had were from the same store she was complaining about. I asked if they were affiliated and the sales clerk informed me the they owned that company in a hostile and matter of fact way. I ended up just leaving and found it very distasteful that this store would actually just start bashing on a store that had the same items just to keep people away and felt it was very tacky for the sales person to even engage in a conversation like this with a customer. I ended up going down to Maidenform to get the same panties and the customer service was great.

GODAWFUL customer service!!! Plus, super pushy about doing fittings/measurements. Sure, it’s a great thing to offer– but if you shop here it’s presented as compulsory. Not pleasant for those of us who know how to properly measure ourselves… And returns/exchanges? Root canals are easier! First, you have to find someone who knows what they are doing(some people can do exchanges but not returns, others can do returns but not exchanges… Does anyone know how to run their machines?) My better half purchased 4 bras(which entitled her to a 40% discount on each), decided to only keep one, but we picked out 3 more when we went back to do the return(3 or more=40% discount). Since we left the one that she wanted to keep at home, the person in charge(the manager was out of town, I think the gal we dealt with was named was Rain) was baffled at how to do the return and new purchase. She said that she would have to charge us full price for the bra at home, but could do the discount for the 3 new bra purchases. We asked if she could just do a return of the entire original purchase, and re-charge us for the absent bra as part of the new purchase since she had all of the information to do so on the receipt. She said she couldn’t because it was ‘company policy’ and would ‘mess up her inventory.’ As a veteran of high-end retail myself, I explained to her that by doing the transaction as we were requesting, her till would still be clean– and so would her inventory. A no brainier, right? Well, after explaining the process multiple times(really? I have to tell you how to do your job?) she FINALLY understood! However, she insisted that to do the transaction that way, the absent bra would have to be present– even though she had all of the merch information. This is a sick joke right? Nope! She wanted us to drive home, get the bra, and come back so that she could do the transaction(WITHTHEINFOFROMTHERECEIPT!!! Arrrrgh!!!) So much for customer service!!! Avoid this place like the plague– and BTW, Nordstrom has better prices on the Donna Karan bras and panties, this place is a joke. Although, I will say that Rain’s eyebrow penciling almost made dealing with her incompetence and rudeness tolerable. Almost.
