You know these places. They are delis that sell sandwiches. ya right. They are little hole-in-the-walls with lots of video poker games. The clientele are usually of the older persuasion that are just there for the winnings? and the drinks. Enter us slobs that did not think we needed to get to a bar to see the Ducks game THAT early. We went to a few places and no such luck getting a seat. We headed over to our sushi place to get a bite(nobody there but crickets) and figure out where we were going to watch the game. We could have watched it at our house IF the broadcast tv station companies weren’t greedy and wanted us to have cable vs. free channels. EVEN if we do LIVE in Oregon. but don’t get me started on that. Getting back to how we got here. After finishing our sushi we decided to go back to our bar we prefer hoping somebody left. We managed to get an actual parking spot there. Unfortunately we still were short any seats. Then, like an angel, we saw this little place right in the same parking lot. Sure enough, they had the game on! These places greet you with the usual grunts as we walked in and found all the tables available. A few poor souls were sitting at the bar and a few others were sitting at their video poker game. We asked the older/wiser(SIC) woman at the bar for some whiskey shots, and they EVEN had Pendleton. The pours were scary to say the least. We needed them though to watch the scary game. Oh and the prices are NOT scary. Might use this place for a backup again, because you just never know.

This place over serves their customers! This is a lottery place with very drunk patrons. Don’t go here if your looking to relax and have a nice time.
