I had made an appointment for the «free review». I waited 40 minutes, received no assistance and left.
But the whole reason I had to make the appointment was due to the fact that I filed my taxes online through H&R Block online. I sent my state tax to the exact address H&R Block said to send it to and it came back undeliverable. I wanted a live person to check the paperwork because I don’t have a lot of faith in them. What kind of credibility do they have if they can’t even get the address correct?
I wouldn’t recommend H&R Block online or in person to anyone.
