Excellent, honest service! The owner Paul and even the mechanics have the best customer service, which is rare for auto repair.

After spending $ 600+ on parts and labor for rear brakes/​calipers/​rotors, AC recharge, tighten E-​brake and an oil change I took my car home to find it just didn’t feel right. So naturally I am thinking that when I bring the car back in, it will be some problem they created and it will be fixed for free/​cheap.
Owner calls me back and says the back struts are bad and it will cost me $ 1,000.
The next day someone called me and asked if they could buy the car for $ 1,000. This on top of the fact that shocks/​struts are about $ 300 for 4 of them, plus the fact that they sent my car back to me in worse condition leaves me feeling pretty annoyed. In fact I asked the owner–
«So why did no one notice my struts were bad when they checked and fixed my brakes?»
He replied «Well we don’t normally go looking for problems because we run an honest business. Plus we normally don’t check struts or safety inspection on brake jobs, although we do when there’s an oil change»
Unreal!

Needed a new set of brakes same day. A friend recommended I come here. Glad he did. Paul and his staff were fast, professional and honest. They did quality work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop!
