We have a huge mouse problem in our garden shed and our garden in general and I called to find out if they were able to do outdoor pest control. All I said was «I live in Detroit and we have a mouse problem» and the person answering the phone said «you live in Detroit and you have a mouse problem, yeah I’m not surprised»
Really? That’s customer service? Being sarcastic and rude about the place where your customer lives?
