I came in with a late-​night group of 14 people last night (including «rock star VIPs»). The staff took care of our needs quickly and efficiently. They were all true professionals, and we all had fun too. Our waitress was Kari, and we kept her hopping — she didn’t miss a beat — even with multiple orders/​tabs. Matt was our bartender, and he was on top of everything. Amanda was the night manager last night, and she definitely went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of. Food was awesome, and served promptly. Multiple drink orders were filled quickly. Two thumbs up !!!

Seated quickly — newly remodeled store is nice — cleaner than before. Server was attentive — food was good but portions were average considering the overall bill. Short Summer Shandy was nearly $ 5. Expected better value in an Applebee’s.

I eat here basically 10 days a month… Always same friendly faces and always good food… I have no idea what others are rating so low, this is a fantastic place to eat!

Not good. Sunday lunchtime and we waited for 40 minutes for our entrees. Hubby’s burger was nice and hot, my chicken dish
and my son’s steak were both on the cooler side on lukewarm. And *filthy* restroom, the floors were nasty and the toilets needed desperate attention. There’s a reason why we don’t frequent this place — they should be grateful someone have us a gift card. My money will be better spent elsewhere.

Food was great and our server was right on top of drink refills! Manager visited our table twice to be sure all was well! Some of the best service we have had at an Applebee’s!

Terribly disappointing. They had to remake all our food twice. Not a good thing when you are traveling. The waitress wasn’t helpful at all.

Came at 2 in the afternoon. We got our food at 3. Food was good. Service was slooooooooooow! 80% of the tables were empty. There was no reason for it. Only reason they got 2 stars was the food was good and I was not in a big hurry.

We visited Applebee’s tonight in Troy and couldn’t have been more disappointed. While our appetizer arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was tasty, we waited nearly an hour and a half for the main courses to be served. When they did arrive, it appeared (and tasted) like they had been cooked much earlier, sat around for awhile and were reheated at the last minute. In going to Applebee’s, I’m not necessarily expecting top notch cuisine, but I can’t remember the last time I had anything so bad. I will never go to Applebee’s again.

Couldn’t believe there were not more people present on a major sports night. TVs were plentiful, yet normal conversations was easy. Good service.

When Applebee’s first came to Troy, they had gyrated themselves to the top of my nicer dinning out experiences. The last two visits have guaranteed that it may be some time that I ever return. Twice now they have been out of potatoes, once out of a salad dressing, once out of a certain steak, and once out of an appetizer we selected and to top it off, no ‘doggy boxes’ for left overs. All that in two visits!!! Now maybe I am wrong, but a trip to Wal-​mart or Meijers to get at least the damn potatoes or dressing could have helped. To stop in for a meal and not be able to order certain ‘main menu’ items, that is BAD customer service! Applebee’s wake up!
