A true dive that plays endless never heard before rap/beats from I don’t know who. I never heard even 1 of the songs they played before the entire night. This made it hard to get into any kind of dance grove with heavy beats, very few words, and what I can only call a bad break out artist nightmare. The drinks are ok, but you can order the same drink and never get the same drink twice even from the same bar tender.

This place is a complete«Dive». They tried to remodel but only left the place looking slightly different with a couple of new booths and a new floor and bar top. The bar tending staff is great except on Wednesdays, when Jay is working. Jay seems to think he runs the place, but all he manages to do is run people out if he doesn’t like them or the way they look. This bar has great potential, but only of they rethink their bar staff and actually do a real remodel. I would not suggest going into The Brewery on Wednesdays at all, and if you happen to go in and see a portly guy with a beard, then I suggest simply turning around and walking out.

I don’t know exactly what it’s like now. The last time I was there was for my reunion in 2003. It still rocked. The Brewery was the place to be. I even worked there for several years. It was great. Sneaking shots during your shift. Serving all your friends(well, maybe I would have rather been drinking with them). I would love to have beer or two there again… One of my best memories of the Brewery is leaving with some guy named Rusty(who happened to sometime be in my class at THS – i think he dropped out) and going to party with several of the guys from the group Cameo. One of my brushes with greatness(okay – maybe not).
